PZAP decides to certify the "SRPSKA List" for the February 9 elections. The Electoral Panel for Complaints and Submissions (PZAP) has approved the complaint of the Serbian List and has decided to reject the decision of the CEC for the non-certification of this political entity.
In the decision of the PZAP, the CEC is ordered to certify the political entity "Serbian List" and its candidates for deputies for the February 9, 2025 elections.
According to PZAP, Lista Serbe submitted the documentation in accordance with the Law on general elections.
The Central Election Commission (CEC) in the meeting held a few days ago did not certify the "Serbian List" for participation in the February 9 parliamentary elections.
The chairman of the largest party of Serbs in Kosovo, Zlatan Ellek, in the presentation of the candidates for deputies, referred to Kosovo as "Kosova and Metohija".
This caused two members of the CEC, from the ruling party - Sami Kurteshi and Albin Krasniqi, to oppose the certification of this entity.
