Prime Minister Albin Kurti stated that the order giver and planner of the attack on the Ibër Lepenci channel is Milan Radoicic, while the state of Serbia is the financier. During a conference call on Tuesday afternoon, he gave details about the case.

He said that two groups from Radoicic were engaged in the attack. The first group provided logistical support on the ground, while the second group, with professionals and people from the security structures of Serbia, executed the plan.

"Based on the intelligence information possessed by the security institutions, behind the order for the explosive attack on the Ibër Lepenci canal is Milan Radoicič and his terrorist group that is being sheltered and supported by Serbia. The state of Serbia is responsible for the planning, financing and logistics of the attack," declared Radoicic.

Kurti mentioned several coded communications as evidence, while chronologically he also mentioned 15 attacks that took place from June to November, which, according to him, were intended to harm Kosovo.

Precisely based on communications and the intentions of Serbia and terrorist organizations, Kurti said that such acts have been warned during the next two weeks.

"Other terrorist attacks and sabotage against critical infrastructure and other important targets in Kosovo, especially in the north, have been warned by terrorist organizations that are sheltering in Serbia, citing the end of the year holidays and Orthodox Christmas," said Kurti.

Focusing on the non-certification of the Serbian List to compete in the February 9 elections and the international reactions, Kurti said that this entity is the most loyal branch of Vucic's party and does not represent the Serbs of Kosovo and remains the political wing of the terrorist Radoicic: "The List Serbs are the biggest obstacle to the true integrity of Serbs in Kosovo, from the burning of cars and property, to the brutal beating of Serbs who integrate, to harassment, threats, blackmail, which are done to the Serbs in Kosovo, all of which bear both the signature and the seal of the Serbian List".

Kurti was also asked by the journalists about giving his testimony at the Special Prosecutor's Office. He added that he is open, but reiterated that prosecutors should go to his office.

"I am open, I am ready, I am willing and interested to give my statement as a witness to the Prime Minister as they requested, but since this has been done in the past, there are confirmations for this in the Prime Minister as well, I know the prosecution itself, then I have offered several schedules when this could be done and I am waiting to deal with this case by testifying and not by declaring on the testimony, which is not happening", emphasized Kurti.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has been invited by the Prosecutor's Office to testify in the case known as state reserves. (A2 Televizion)
