Kosovo's acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti accused opposition party MPs of violating the constitution by boycotting the session to constitute the assembly.
He called on MPs to participate in the vote, considering this as a way out of the political impasse.
"I'm going to constitute it. Those who come and don't vote, I don't know why they come. Boycotting is irresponsible behavior and legally a violation of the Constitution. The law says that deputies must vote. The constitution of the Assembly is the responsibility of everyone and not just the majority," said Albin Kurti, among other things. (A2 Televizion)
