The Vetëvendosje movement is considered the winner of the general elections in Kosovo, but what may come next is political crisis and instability.
This is what analysts in Kosovo think. In statements to the Reuters News Agency, political scientist Belgzim Kamberi emphasizes that LVV has two options, either to form a coalition with one of the major opposition parties and create stability, while the second option is to form a government from opposition parties, but in this case the chances of a political crisis will be very high.
Regarding the approach that the Trump Administration will take towards Kosovo, Kamberi emphasizes that such a thing is not clear, as Trump is unpredictable.
Meanwhile, various citizens say that Kurti has been given another chance to govern, otherwise, if this government does not do its job well, it will be punished by vote.
The Central Election Commission has released new statistics, with 89.62% of the votes counted, according to which the Vetëvendosje Movement leads with 311,907 votes or 41.00%, followed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo with 170,198 votes or 22.37%, the Democratic League with 133,693 votes or 17.57%, and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo in fourth place with 57,539 votes or 7.56%.
