The serious event in Ibër Lepenc, even though it could not damage the economic life of Kosovo as much as it claimed, showed that the threat in the north remains alive every day.
In an exclusive interview for "Ditarin e Kosova" on A2, given to the journalist Tomorr Avdia, the Minister of Defense Ejup Maqedonci explained in detail what actions he is carrying out to clarify this terrorist act.
According to him, this was the most serious act together with the one of a year ago, and both show the world that Serbia must change its political approach, as it remains a threat not only to Kosovo, but also to the entire region.
According to the Macedonian minister, the north no longer has parallel structures, there is no more illegal money, there are no more gangs, so acts of terror are also carried out in such forms. And what makes it more interesting to be seen by the internationals is the fact that it was done right in the days when Russia also carried out such acts in Ukraine and the signs and weapons found of the Russian army show that the inspiration comes from there.
When asked if Kosovo is at risk from other terrorist attacks, Macedonia answered: "Serbia has a hegemonic and aggressive approach towards Kosovo. This approach unfortunately continues. The militarization that Serbia has done to the southern part and the support it has given to the structures that have developed criminal and terrorist activities continues to remain a threat to Kosovo. The international community must increase the pressure in the punishment and accountability of Radojčič's group, but also in changing the political approach of Serbia with the Republic of Kosovo. "Serbian politics continues to dream and see itself as hegemonic in the Western Balkans". (A2 Televizion)
