Prime Minister Albin Kurti, at a government meeting, spoke about the recent murders that have shocked Kosovo.
"First of all, I want to share the same concern and concern with all of you present here and our fellow citizens regarding the four murders recorded in the last three days. I invite the law enforcement, investigative and justice bodies to treat with the utmost seriousness the causes, circumstances and predispositions of the perpetrators in order to both bring justice and prevent such cases in the future," Kurti said, writes A2.
"Murder is the most serious act that a human being can do to another human being. It should never be normalized, murder is not only the murder of a human being, but also of the society of which that person was a part, that is, our society. The entire country has been shocked and hurt by this series of murders that must be stopped and punished. We naturally need careful professional analysis, immediate institutional action and social reflection that addresses the violence that we have seen in these last days. This is a call for all of us, for each of us. Also for the fact that these murders occurred in the week that marks the 26th anniversary of the start of the NATO bombing campaign in Kosovo to stop the genocide of Serbia and we commemorate the successive massacres of the Serbian state apparatus that aimed to exterminate the Albanian people", added the Prime Minister of Kosovo.
