A public court hearing will be held at the Special Appeals Chamber on the case of prosecutor Valentin Preçi.
This is the first session broadcast live by the KPA, after the procedural transition from the "Public Commissioner" side to the "Director of the Special Prosecution".
The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, appeared this morning at the KPA premises, next to the Parliament, where he will lead the hearing for prosecutor Preçi.
For prosecutor Valentin Preçi, both the Public Commissioner and the ONM requested his dismissal from office, arguing that he does not justify his wealth.
Preçi was confirmed in office in the first instance of Vetting, but this decision was later appealed to the KPA. (A2 Televizion)
