As part of the Days of Remembrance, the British and German Embassies organized in Tirana a commemorative activity at the Commonwealth Fallen Memorial.
With the participation of several deputies of the Parliament of Albania and high state officials, all those affected by wars and conflicts around the world were honored.
The British ambassador, Alastair King-Smith, and the German ambassador, Karl Bergner, in their keynote speeches delivered messages against wars and called for more solidarity and understanding.
The media's interest in the political situation in the country and the agreement between Italy and Albania for immigrants was answered with silence, not giving any comment. (A2 Televizion)
