The Special Court of Appeals for Corruption and Organized Crime has rejected, this Friday, the request of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha for the termination of the security measure, which weighs on him in the framework of the investigations into the "Partizani" file.
Judge Iliriana Olldashi has left the decision of October 20 in force, not changing the measures "obligation to appear" and "prohibition of leaving the country" for Berisha.
We remind you that Berisha has repeatedly refused to go to court to be questioned by judicial police officers, considering the investigation launched against him an unconstitutional process.
According to the decision, the former prime minister has an obligation to appear at SPAK at 10:00 on the first and third Monday of every month, in implementation of the security measure against him. (A2 Televizion)
