The intense snowfall and powerful storms at night have created great traffic difficulties in the mountainous areas of the Gramsh district. In the village of Rovje, the thickness of the snow has reached over 30 centimeters, while in some road segments, due to vortices, it has exceeded 2 meters.
Even the Librazhd-Qafë Thane axis had heavy snowfalls, which made it difficult for vehicles to move. The intervention of the snowplow and the traffic police stationed at the key points eased traffic and helped citizens put on their chains. No vehicle was allowed to pass without winter tires or chains.
The road axis that connects the district of Gramsh with the area of Mokra in Pogradec is currently blocked and impassable. So far, there are no reports of vehicles left on the road, but travelers are advised to avoid this direction until the weather conditions improve. WHEREAS

Information on the situation in Elbasan district

In the municipality of Librazhd, we have a traffic jam that connects N.A with their villages. The same applies to the Prrenjas municipality.
Due to the situation and the blockages of the road axes, we have interruptions to classes in the schools in Rrajcë Skënderbe and Bardhaj of the Prrenjas municipality, as well as 2 schools in Nj.A Orenje of the Librazhd Municipality.
In terms of electricity supply, we have interruptions in many administrative units. In Librazhd, we have interruptions in the villages of NJA Stebleve Polis and Lunik. In the municipality of Gramsh, we have interruptions in a part of the municipality and some villages of Nja.A Tunje, Kushove and Lenie. In Cërrik municipality, power outage in a part of N.A Mollas.
