After the distribution of orientation tests, high school graduates now have the dates for the State Matura exams. June is the month of fever for all high school graduates and their parents.
The first test, as in previous years, for the foreign language and for the 2024-2025 matura exam, will be held on June 3. After the end of the testing, the high school graduates will have one week to make the final revisions for the next exam.
After English, the Albanian Language and Literature exam will be held on June 10. This is considered the most difficult test for all high school students, not only because of the difficulty of Albanian and the strict spelling rules, but also because of the subjectivity of the literature and the correction by the teachers.
Meanwhile, the Mathematics exam will be held on June 17. Despite the questions graded according to three levels of difficulty, this is one of the tests that makes the difference between high school graduates, who will be competing among themselves for the most sought-after majors in universities.
After receiving their first exam grades, high school graduates conclude their State Matura with an elective subject test. This year, the subjects that young people can choose for testing have been increased, which gives them more opportunities for university orientation.
On June 24, high school graduates will take the exam with solutions that can be Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, Philosophy, and even History of Art and Ballet.
According to the Ministry of Education, all tests will last two hours and 30 minutes. High school graduates will begin their exams at 10 a.m. and must submit their test by 12:30 p.m.
The State Matura is the most important process for students and their parents, not only for completing pre-university education, but also for entering universities, where their future professions are determined depending on the results. (A2 Televizion)
