Snowfall has covered most of the national roads in the southeast of the country this morning.
According to A2 CNN, official sources at the Albanian Regional Road Authority indicate that there was snow on the Korça - Kapshtica, Boboshtica - Dardhë, Ersekë - Leskovik, Voskop - Voskopoja road axis, with precipitation reaching up to 5 cm.
The intervention of contracting firms was necessary to clean and salt all these roads, roads that are passable without problems.
The Traffic Police urge drivers using these national roads to have their vehicles equipped with winter tires.
We recall that earlier meteorologist Tanja Porja warned on A2 CNN that the mountainous areas in the North, Northeast and Southeast of the country would be affected by snowfall. (A2 Televizion)
