Nearing completion of the "Çeligrad" road in Fier, Rama and

The entrance to the city of Fier will soon have a new look, thanks to a project for the reconstruction of the "Çeligrad" road, about 1.2 kilometers long, which is located in the "Mbrostar Ferko" neighborhood and extends from the end of the "Kastriot Muço" road to the Bypass.

Prime Minister Edi Rama inspected the works at the site today, together with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Belinda Balluku, who emphasized that this work will be delivered next week.

Currently, work is being carried out at the construction site to install public lighting poles and landscaping, and the construction of sidewalks is nearing completion.

"This is another work that will be delivered next week. This is the entrance or as it is known in the area, Çeligrad. All the urban furniture has been done here, not just the road, not just the expansion. Then we changed the project to also do the sidewalks, but also all the urban furniture, the lighting, the trees that have been planted," explained Deputy Prime Minister Balluku.

Meanwhile, work has begun on a main road that will connect the city of Fier with the coast, which is Darzeza Road. A redevelopment has been carried out in Apollonia Park to connect the bypass, parking and entrance to Apollonia Park.

In the entire area beyond Fier, interventions are being made on roads with asphalt layers, such as the Cakran or Ballsh roads. Also, all points in the territory have been affected to create a kind of synergy, in relation to development, not only in the city area, but also in the rural, agricultural area.
