The meeting of the Constitutional Court for the declaration of the end of the mandate of judge Holta Zaçaj is postponed for the second time.
"The Court assessed that the acts in question should be communicated to Judge Holta Zaçaj, at the same time the President of the Court, who has set this process in motion, with the aim of getting to know and evaluating the presentation of a written opinion regarding them", announced the Constitutional Court.

The Constitutional Court convened today, on 16.12.2024, at 11:00 a.m., to consider the request of the President of the Constitutional Court for the declaration of the end of the mandate of Judge Holta Zaçaj.
The court administered the documentary practice of the Supreme Court, which accompanied the procedure for filling the vacant seat and the election of Mrs. Holta Zaçaj as a member of the Constitutional Court, as well as the announcement of the President of that court about the opening of the procedure for the election of a new member of the Court Constitutional, which, based on the request of the Court, were officially sent by the Supreme Court on Friday, 13.12.2024, at 16:30.
The court assessed that the acts in question should be communicated to the judge Holta Zaçaj, at the same time the President of the Court, who has set this process in motion, with the aim of getting to know them and evaluating the submission of a written opinion regarding them. .
