Meteorologist Tanja Porja revealed on the 'Dita Jonë' show on A2 CNN what the weather conditions will be like in the coming days.
Porja said that rain and snow are expected to decrease from Tuesday, but added that a significant drop in temperatures is expected, starting today and continuing later.
Porja also said that minimum temperatures in the territory of Albania are expected to reach -7 degrees Celsius.
"Occasional precipitation today, mainly in the north and central areas, much less in the southern areas. Late in the evening we expect an improvement in the situation throughout the Albanian territory. There will be little precipitation, mainly in the eastern border areas, while the rest of the country will be cloudy. The thermometer today marks around 0 to -1 degrees Celsius in the early hours of the day, 15-16 degrees in the afternoon.
There are few remaining showers on Tuesday, mainly snowfall in the northern areas of the country. The same situation for Wednesday, where we expect brief moments with snowflakes. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and for several days in a row, the chance of precipitation will be almost zero. What we expect is a decrease in temperatures.
"Temperatures will drop today at noon by about 2-3 degrees compared to the weekend days, while from Tuesday onwards we expect only a decrease in thermal values. As in the morning hours by at least 2 degrees until midweek, while at noon a lighter and more gradual decrease. Tomorrow we expect -3 and 14 degrees, while in the following days we expect temperatures up to -7 degrees Celsius," said meteorologist Porja, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
