Lawyer Ledio Braho stated that today it takes at least 12 years to resolve a labor dispute in the Administrative Court of Appeal.

Braho made the comments on the show 'Debate' with journalist Alba Alishani on A2 CNN, where he said that the seats in this court are empty, as members of the KPA send letters saying that those positions should be reserved for them.

He said that many cases in this court have not been resolved since 2013 and added that the Justice Reform has caused many problems.

"If you look at the statistics, today in the Court of Administrative Appeals, it takes 12 years for a case to be resolved from the moment it is filed for appeal. The Court of Administrative Appeals sits empty, because the members of the KPA send letters where they write 'save the seats for us, because they are seats intended for us'.

Now, a whole society suffers this kind of lack of justice, because the seats for KPA members have to be saved. The Administrative Court is the only court that judges the state's abuse of citizens. Because every dispute you have with the state, you do it through this court.

We have today that labor disputes are being resolved since 2013. Of a work nature, but for bigger things, which are more costly and can take 15-20 years", said Braho, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
