Jamarbër Malltezi in court
The Special Court has rejected the request of Jamarbër Malltez, the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, for the return of the phone seized at the time of the arrest.
In the same request, Malltezi requested the release of the computer and some documents seized by SPAK.
The rejection of the request by judge Irena Gjoka was argued with the fact that they are seized items in the capacity of material evidence.
Jamarbër Malltezi is in custody, as a suspect for "corruption" and "money laundering" in the file of the former sports complex "Partizani". (A2 Televizion)
