Related to this point, let me be very clear and emphasize that the rule must be ended and strictly implemented by the State Police. The practice of setting off firecrackers late at night by irresponsible people celebrating private family parties, disturbing the sleep and nighttime tranquility of an entire city.
The State Police, together with the municipal police, as authorities for the implementation of this instruction, will exercise controls for any source of noise, including those of fireworks, but a source of noise for all definitions, and we will punish anyone with a fine, whether private economic operator, be it a state institution if it happens, that violates noise protection measures.
In addition to the punishment with a fine, depending on the damage caused by the noise, the temporary or permanent closure of the economic activity can also be imposed, according to the law", concluded Balla.
