"SPAK, with its unconstitutional, illegal and arbitrary activity, is serving the narco-regime to violently seize another 4-year mandate". This is how the president of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, began his message to the protesters, which was read by the public relations secretary Arla Merja, bringing to attention the opposition's denunciations of electoral crimes.
"It was this SPAK that, with the Dibra file that shocked Europe and became an EP matter, delegated it to the Dibra prosecutor's office to extinguish one of Rama's electoral crimes. He did not investigate the opposition's denunciation of electoral crimes in 2021 with Elbasan's gangs, but passed it on to Elbasan, because the prosecutor's brother was a SP deputy. This SPAK for leaking citizens' data instead of investigating the government, investigated the journalists. "Metamorphosis" became public after the Shkodra municipality was stolen. Elbasan's file had also arrived two years ago."
In his message, Meta accuses the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, calling him a kamikaze instrument of Rama, who wants another mandate for his privileges.
"Dumani does not care about the citizens of the state, but about Rama and Veliaj. What I had warned about was reinforced by Dumani where he asked to secure another 9-year mandate. Allegedly in the name of the independence of the prosecutions. He does not care about the independence of prosecutors, but of his privileges. We are here to denounce Duman as a violator of the constitution and the independence of the courts. He undermines the rule of law, the separation of powers and excludes the principle of presumption of innocence. SPAK is Rama's kamikaze instrument to be used against the opposition, democracy and guarantees Rama's inviolability. SPAK openly demonstrates his capture by Rama".
According to Meta, SPAK and Duman are guarantors of Rama's corruption in violation of the constitution and laws.
"SPAK and Dumani are guarantors of Rama's corruption and hit squeezed lemons of the renaissance without harming the backbone of this mechanism and especially the chief corruptor of the international ones. He called on the protesters not to stop denouncing the head of SPAK.
"Let's not stop denouncing Duman who does not dare to appear before independent journalists. Duman has misused the current position for political purposes. We say stop directed justice. Our irreversible battle will put justice on constitutional tracks and return freedom to all Albanians".
