This morning's rainfall was enough to bring flooding back to the internal streets of Durrës.
As can be seen from this morning's footage, some of the axes, such as the one leading to the "Niko Dovana" Stadium, the Shkozet roundabout or the one at the entrance to the city, are under the power of water, which has flooded up to the sidewalk.
