"According to reports from the structures of the Civil Defense system at the National Operational Center for Civil Emergencies, the situation up to these moments is presented as follows:
Road axes
According to ARRSH, all national axes are passable, with the exception of
* In the Kukës district, all roads have become passable, except for the road that connects the administrative unit of Arra with the national road and the roads of the villages of Cahan, Xhebexhi, and Vlahen of the municipality of Has.
* In the district of Dibra, the "Arbri" road is impassable in Qafë Murriz, as there is heavy snowfall. Contracting firms are working to open this axis.
1. The municipality of Dibër has blocked the road from the Lure administrative center to the main axis, but work is underway to open the crossing from Rresheni. Also the roads that connect the villages with the Selishte administrative units.
2. Internal roads in the Ostren, Trebisht administrative units and partially in the Zerqan, Martanesh and Fushë-Bulqize administrative units are blocked in the Bulqizë municipality.
3. In the municipality of Klos, the roads of the villages with the administrative centers of Gurë and Xibër are blocked.
4. In the Mat municipality, only 2 villages in the Komsi administrative unit and the Vig Macukull road axis are blocked.

OSSHE teams are working to restore electricity in several areas of the municipalities: Durrës, Elbasan, Berat, Korçë, Fier, Gjirokastër, Kukës, Shkodër and Burrel.
