The forecast by the experts of the Institute of Geosciences "IGJEO" shows that during the next day, 25.11.2023, occasional rains are predicted in the first hours of the 24-hour period in most of the country.
Torrential and high intensity rainfall for short moments can create various problems as well as flooding in urban areas depending on the sewage system in Shkodër, Kukës and Lezhë districts.

• Moderate to locally intense rain is expected in Dibër, Elbasan, Berat and Vlorë counties.
• Rainfall of low to moderate intensity is expected in other districts.
