Based on the reports from #IGJEO and #SHMU, intense rainfall is expected on Sunday, mainly in the counties of Vlorë, Gjirokastër, Dibër, Durrës, Tirana and Korçë, as well as snowfall in mountainous areas above 300 m, the National Civil Protection Agency said in a media release.
The rains may be accompanied by thunderstorms and lower temperatures, creating opportunities for frost and difficulties in transportation, writes A2 CNN.
The National Agency of Civil Protection asks the local and central structures to be ready for any situation and to take measures for rain management. Citizens are recommended to exercise extra caution in movement and follow official announcements. (A2 Televizion)
