After the parents' protest, the publication of the situation and the massive signing of the petition, the local educational institutions in Durrës have announced the return to duty of the security officer at the "Jan Kukuzeli" school.
Earlier, A2 CNN reported that the central authorities of Education removed the security officer of the "Jan Kukuzeli" artistic high school, due to not meeting the number of students before having a security officer, even though this institution teaches over 320 students from class first to 12th.
The concern was raised by the school's teaching staff and parents. The commanding principal of the school herself told A2 CNN the reasons communicated to her for the removal of the security officer from the national pre-university education agency.
Meanwhile, the parents expressed that they feel unsafe for their children without the presence of the security officer, giving the reasons.
The parents have signed a petition demanding the reinstatement of the security officer at the "Jan Kukuzeli" school, warning of escalation to the boycott of lessons if their request is not taken into account. (A2 Televizion)
