In a reaction to Nuredin Dumani's confession to SPAK, former Minister of Justice Nasip Naco says that he did not give any special permission for him.
He writes on social media that he distances himself from the accusations and requests investigations by the justice authorities, writes A2 CNN.
"If the allegations are proven, the relevant authorities should take legal measures against every person involved in this matter. The role of the Minister of Justice, according to the legislation in force, is limited."
"The Minister: Does not investigate, does not file charges, does not dismiss cases, does not issue decisions of guilt or innocence. His duty is only related to granting special permits for convicted persons, based on the law. During the exercise of my duties as Minister of Justice, I have not approved any special permit for the subject in question," writes Naço. (A2 Televizion)
