Every year, thousands of vacationers from all over Albania and the region frequent the coast of Velipoja to enjoy nature, traditional food, and the characteristic hospitality that distinguishes this pearl of the Adriatic.
This season, Velipoja is even more improved. The Municipality of Shkodra has undertaken an important initiative to increase public access to the beach, by placing 34 public plots along the coastline.
Vacationers, who have been frequenting this beach for years, have welcomed this change, writes A2 CNN.
Meanwhile, the Shëngjin–Velipoja panoramic road has brought another added value, making the area more accessible and connected to the northern tourist network.
