In a sensitization notice for road users, the state police has shared radar images on the Peqin-Elbasan axis that show speed exceeding the permitted rates.
"Speed kills life!", is written in the Road message, while in the photo it is noticeable that in two cases speeds of 198 km/h to 202 km/h were recorded on the Peqin-Elbasan road axis, where the permitted speed is 80 km /h, while the traffic there is still very high.
The Operational Unit of the Road Police Directorate has stopped the two drivers and punished them with maximum measures and deduction of up to 8 points from the Driving License.
In the following, the police once again appeals to all vehicle drivers, for rigorous implementation of road traffic rules.
It is also reported that all national road axes and urban centers are monitored by intelligent means by the Operational Unit of the Road Police Directorate and the local Road Police in each district.
