Today, Albania celebrates the 16th anniversary of its membership in the most successful military collective defense alliance, NATO.
President Bajram Begaj, through a post on social networks, wrote that in these 16 years, Albania has proven to be a worthy member of the alliance with contributions and active participation in NATO missions and operations.
He continues by saying that Albania will continue to be committed to the Euro-Atlantic alliance to have a strong, united and solidary NATO.
