Disappearance of Jan Prenga, SPAK: Postpone the session! Dritan Rexhepi should be informed that there is a trial against him in Albania

The arrest in Turkey of Dritan Rexhepi was confirmed today in the Special Court in the trial against him and six co-defendants, accused of the kidnapping and disappearance of Jan Prenga.

In the process for which only the defendant Aldo Majnishta is in the cell, the prosecutor of SPAK requested postponement of the session to inform Rexhepi about the trial.

"We have been informed about the arrest in Turkey of the defendant Dritan Rexhepi, so we ask for time to turn to the Turkish authorities to inform Rexhepi about the process against him in Albania", said the SPAK prosecutor.

Defendants in this process are Dritan Rexhepi, Gentjan Funiqi, Martin Bleta, Korado Keshteja, Artan Doçaj, Aldo Majnishta and Geraldo Martinia. So far, Majnishta and Rexhepi are in custody, while the others are being tried in absentia. (A2 Televizion)
