Balluku publishes World Economic Forum report: Albania first in energy

Albania ranks first in terms of sustainability in the energy sector.

The World Economic Forum has published a ranking of countries referring to three pillars, which are considered the most important in terms of energy development.

In the sustainability column, our country ranks first, leaving behind well-known European countries such as France or Sweden, writes A2 CNN.

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, describes this assessment as the fruit of the work and vision of the Albanian Government and Prime Minister Rama, on the path towards the objective of being a regional energy hub and a net energy exporting country.

Such assessments, Balluku writes in her post, motivate us to continue our commitment to new projects in this sector.

Balluk's post:

One of the most prestigious economic forums, the World Economic Forum, has announced the ranking of countries in terms of three components, which are considered the most important pillars of the countries' energy development.

The World Economic Forum has declared Albania in first place???????, in the sustainability column, leaving behind countries that have been developed in energy for decades, such as #Sweden, #Switzerland or #France.

Proud to see the fruits of our team's work being recognized internationally. Proud of the Albanian government and the vision of Prime Minister @ediramaal, to make our country a regional energy hub and net exporter.

Such assessments motivate us to continue our commitment to new projects in a sector like energy⚡️, where the biggest challenge today is to turn geopolitical risks into strategic opportunities.
