New reference prices, 'Zone 13' in Durrës and Sazani the most expensive in Albania

With the new reference prices, 'Zone 13' in Durrës and Sazan Island in Vlora will be the most expensive areas in Albania.

The reference price for apartments in these areas will be 200 thousand lek (2 thousand euros), making them, with the exception of Tirana, the most expensive areas in the country.

With the new references, a square meter in the most frequented area of the Durrës coast, which is 'Zone 13' known as the Beach neighborhood, is expected to cost 2 thousand euros, and this represents a 323% increase compared to the current reference of 472 euros/meter.

Meanwhile, for Sazani, the increase is 223% compared to the current reference. From September of this year, construction of villas and a luxury resort worth 1.4 billion euros is expected to begin on the island of Sazani, by Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump's Affinity Partners company. (A2 Televizion)
