Two Albanians have fallen prey to an assassination attempt that took place at noon this Sunday in the Greek capital, Athens.
Neighboring media reports that the gun attack took place outside a cafe in the area of Thrakomakedon.
The incident took place outside a shop located at the intersection of Aristotelous and Komotini streets. So far, it has been reported that one of them died, while another was injured.
Newsbomb.gr reports that the victim was the owner of a business in the Peristeri neighborhood of Athens. The perpetrators seem to have followed their victim, while the police are investigating his murder as a clean-up.
So, the injured man was taken to the hospital and his condition is considered very serious as he has bullet wounds in his head and abdomen. It is also reported by the Greek media that the injured man had arrived in Greece from Dubai, just a few days ago.
Police sources for the Greek media Zougla.gr say that we are dealing with a mafia execution. According to the first information, the perpetrators were driving a white "IX" type car, which was stolen this morning in the Patisia neighborhood.
