Three serious accidents occurred this Tuesday in Shkodra, where three elderly people lost their lives.
Police say that in two cases, a car hit elderly people while they were riding a motorcycle, while in another case, a car hit a bicycle, resulting in the death of its rider.
"Specialists from the Road Traffic Sector at the Shkodra Police Department arrested the following citizens in flagrante delicto:
KD, 28 years old, after this citizen, while driving his vehicle, collided with the driver of citizen BT, 84 years old, on the Shkodra-Koplik road. He lost his life at the Shkodra Regional Hospital.
EM, 35 years old, resident of Shiroka. On the Shiroka-Shkodra road, this citizen, while driving her vehicle, hit citizen S. Rr., 70 years old, who was riding a bicycle, who lost his life at the Shkodra Regional Hospital.
LB, 24 years old, after today on the Shkodra-Koplik road, this citizen, while driving her vehicle, collided with the driver, citizen K. Xh., 70 years old, who lost his life at the Shkodra Regional Hospital.
"The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further action," the police announced. (A2 Televizion)
