Former police chief Arben Hajdarmataj was invited to Off the Record on A2 CNN where he spoke about the security situation in the country after the criminal events that accompanied the first days of January.
According to Hajdarmataj, two of the incidents are mafia-related, which shows the poor work of the police in preventing them.
"The situation has an increasing curve, for the end-of-year holidays and summer vacations, due to the accounts that criminal groups may have in EU countries. It has the same curve as last year. In these events, two are really mafia-type. The murder of the 31-year-old, in the case of Vlora and the assassination in Tirana is a poor job that the police do to prevent criminal events," said Hajdarmataj. (A2 Televizion)
