"Specialists from the Traffic Sector of the Kavaja Police Commissariat arrested citizen GF, 38 years old, resident of Manzë, in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense of "Violation of traffic rules", resulting in death.
Yesterday evening, on the "Peqin-Rrogozhinë" road, the collision between the vehicle driven by citizen GF and the vehicle driven by citizen EK, 25 years old, resident of Peqin, resulted in the death of the 25-year-old and the injury of the passenger in his vehicle, citizen BA, 24 years old, resident of Peqin, who is in hospital under the care of doctors.
"The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further action," the police announced. (A2 Televizion)
