An accident occurred a few minutes ago on the Levan-Tepelena highway, at the place called "Fratarit's Corner".
According to sources for A2 CNN, a husband and wife couple from Tepelena were injured as a result of the collision.
Also, according to preliminary information, the vehicle the couple was traveling in towards Tepelena hit a heavy-duty vehicle from behind, which had stopped on the road due to an engine defect.
The impact was strong, causing injuries to the man and woman. They have been taken to the hospital center in the town of Fratari, which is located 500 meters from the scene, while the police have also arrived at the scene of the accident.
