The mention of a former minister of justice, but without mentioning his name, by the repentant justice Nuredin Dumani in the last session at the Special Court has provoked a strong reaction from the lawyers of the other defendants in the "Golden Bullet" case.
In Tuesday's session, which continued behind closed doors, Dumani was questioned again by SPAK prosecutors regarding his release from prison several years ago. According to sources, Dumani claimed that he gained his freedom through a forensic report obtained in exchange for a bribe of thousands of euros.
The repentant person claimed that he received the report through the mediation of lawyer Alban Bengasi, currently convicted, from a person close to the family of the then Minister of Justice, Nasip Naço.
Also during his testimony, Dumani confessed that Erion Alibej, currently a fugitive from justice, had given him a list of 10 names to physically eliminate, following suspicions that they were involved in the murder of his brother in the Bradashesh massacre.
On this list, Dumani claimed that Emiliano Ramazani, Talo Çela, Altin Ndoçi, Franc and Hajdar Çopja and Besmir Haxhia were among others.
According to Dumani, they used a gym instructor to monitor Emiliano Ramazan's movements. The next trial session against the defendants in the "Golden Bullet" case will be held on Thursday. (A2 Televizion)
