Foreign Minister Igli Hasani has reacted to the accident that occurred this morning, where a speeding car hit and seriously injured a Foreign Ministry employee while he was on the white lines.
Through a post on social media, Minister Hasani wrote that he expresses gratitude for the white T-shirts and informs that the ministry employee is out of danger.
The name of the injured person has not been released, as police have escorted the driver of the vehicle involved in this accident, writes A2 CNN.
"I express my gratitude to the National Emergency, the Trauma Hospital and the State Police for the readiness and professionalism shown in responding to the accident that occurred a few hours ago, where a colleague of ours was hit by a vehicle while crossing the road near the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
"While the relevant authorities are working to clarify the circumstances of the incident, I would like to inform you that our colleague is out of danger, in stable condition and under the care of doctors at the Trauma Hospital," Hasani wrote in his post. (A2 Televizion)
