The police have arrested the driver of the vehicle that crashed into a motorcycle on the Himara-Borsh highway the day before. The 63-year-old passenger in the motorcycle driven by an Austrian citizen lost his life. Meanwhile, today the police have arrested the 52-year-old from Qeparo.
"Specialists of the Vlora Urban and Interurban Traffic Section, following the investigative and procedural actions carried out for the road accident that occurred yesterday on the "Himarë-Borsh" axis, arrested for the criminal offense of "Violation of road traffic rules", the driver of the "Toyota" vehicle, citizen DK, 52 years old, resident of Qeparo, after it is suspected that he had caused an accident with the driver citizen FP, 64 years old, and the passenger citizen RP, 63 years old, both residents of Austria. As a result of the accident, citizen RP lost her life, while citizen FP is in the Trauma Hospital, under the care of doctors" , the Police announced.
