Several observers from various political parties were expelled from CEAZ number 87 in Vlora after some of them contested a vote during the counting process. They also contested the stamps on the ballots, which were allegedly different.
After arguing with the counters, they asked the police to remove the observers, who argued with the officers.
The police instructed some of the observers to vacate the first two rows of chairs, but although some of them complied, others climbed onto the upper chairs. (A2 Televizion)
