An action scene, as if a movie were being shot, was recorded this Friday morning on the streets of Tirana, where a person was arrested by numerous police officers.
The incident occurred on "Fortuzi" Street near the Jeronim DeRada School, reports A2 CNN. Although there is no official information yet from the capital's police, from exclusive footage shot by the A2 CNN team, it can be seen that the arrested person is forcibly removed from a Land Rover by numerous police officers.
The footage also shows a crashed Range Rover, while a police car has also suffered damage.
A2 CNN learned that the arrested man was a 31-year-old man with mental health problems, identified as Enis Vrapi.
According to sources, the young man's dangerous actions began in the Madrasa area, when he started ramming several police vehicles with his car and endangering the lives of citizens. Inside the vehicle, the police also found a toy gun.
10 days ago he was detained again by the police and admitted to the Psychiatric Hospital, but the circumstances of his release from there are unknown. (A2 Televizion)
