"Keli killed me", the author of the execution of the 41-year-old

The suspected perpetrator of the murder of 41-year-old Albanian Altin Arapaj, yesterday afternoon in Rafina, Greece, was arrested by the Greek police.

According to initial information, it is 49-year-old Mikel Selimaj from Albania, who was found in a house in Glyka Nera. Police searched and found the car in which the crime occurred, inside which blood and a shell casing were found.

It is recalled that Arapaj was found dead yesterday afternoon near a vineyard in Rafinja and identified his killer before he died by calling his wife to say: " Keli shot me. Help me. Search and find me. "

According to information from protothema.gr, the tragedy began on Wednesday morning, when the victim's wife contacted authorities and described how the 41-year-old called her and told her that a specific person, whom she mentioned, had shot him in the face, asking her to try to find him.

The investigation revealed that the perpetrator, the victim and two other people met last Tuesday evening in Artemida. They then got into a car driven by the person named by the victim as the perpetrator and stopped for a few minutes at the intersection of Pefkon and Arionos streets in Rafina.

Selimaj then pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the face, specifically in the cheek. The 41-year-old fled the scene on foot, managed to call his wife and tell her that he had been shot, and then died. The perpetrator fled in a car. It should be noted that the perpetrator and the victim are being investigated by the police for drugs. (A2 Televizion)
