The SPAK defendants for one of the most sensational criminal events in the country, the murder of Fatbardh Lici, have appealed the decisions that left them in detention through their lawyer, Sokol Tahiraj.
The incident for which they are accused occurred years ago in Shkodra and is considered one of the crimes with a strong background of revenge and clashes between criminal groups.
The defendants are seeking to overturn the Appeals Court's decision, claiming procedural violations and a lack of sufficient evidence in the process against them, writes A2 CNN.
