The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime announced today the decision regarding the appeal of the wife of the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, Ajola Xoxe.
In its decision, the court approved decision no. 736, dated 20.12.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance, leaving the measure of sequestration of the items involved in the case unchanged. This appeal decision confirmed the previous one, leaving in force the prohibition on the return of the seized items, writes A2 CNN.
