A 53-year-old man was arrested by police after being caught driving while intoxicated.
The police announce that the citizen with the initials BB underwent an alcohol test, which resulted in him being intoxicated, at a level of 2.12mg/l.
"It was determined by the Traffic Police services that the 53-year-old was arrested for making wrong maneuvers with a vehicle while intoxicated, at a level of 2.12 mg/l.
The services of the Kruja Traffic Police Commissariat, during checks to identify and punish drivers who violate road traffic rules or drive their vehicle in an irregular manner, in Fushë Kruja, have signaled a stop to the driver of a vehicle who was making incorrect maneuvers.
After verifying the documentation, the driver of the vehicle, citizen BB, underwent an alcohol test, which resulted in him being intoxicated, at a level of 2.12mg/l.
At the end of the actions, citizen BB, 53 years old, resident of Fushë Krujë, was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense of "Irregular driving".
"The Tirana DVP will continue controls on all urban, interurban and rural road axes, for all categories of vehicles, with the aim of preventing accidents and increasing road safety parameters," the police announced. (A2 Televizion)
