Police have announced that an Albanian with the initials E. B, 46 years old, has been arrested in France, who was sentenced to 5 years in prison in Albania after being caught in 2019 selling 5 plastic bags of Heroin and Methadone pills.
"Operation "Five", in handcuffs in France, a man sentenced to 5 years in prison for possession of Heroin and Methadone.
As a result of the provision of information by specialized structures of the State Police and its exchange, through Interpol Tirana, with counterparts in Paris, the international police operation codenamed "Five" was organized and finalized.
During this operation, French police located, captured and arrested, with the aim of extradition to Albania, citizen E. B, 46 years old.
He was declared an international wanted person because in 2021, the Tirana Judicial District Court sentenced him to 5 years in prison for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics".
This citizen sold 5 plastic bags of Heroin and Methadone pills in 2019.
"Cooperation between Interpol Tirana and Interpol Paris continues to finalize the extradition procedure of the 46-year-old to Albania," the police announced. (A2 Televizion)
