A serious accident occurred in the village of Babunje, Lushnja. A 35-year-old man hit a pedestrian with his vehicle, who later died in hospital.
"Specialists from the Road Traffic Sector arrested in flagrante delicto; LK, 35 years old, resident of Lushnja, after in the village of Babunjë, with the vehicle he was driving, he hit the pedestrian, citizen T. Rr., 65 years old, who died in hospital," the Police announced.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, for further action.
