Former mayor of Shkodra Bardh Spahia has been indicted by SPAK. He is accused of "obstructing the execution of court decisions", provided for by Article 320 of the Criminal Code.
It is learned that Spahia was reported by citizen Mark Molla, who claims that the former mayor dismissed him from his position as director of the Waterworks, without having the right to do so.
