The British police have published footage of the arrest of members of an Albanian drug trafficking gang, which modeled on Al Pacino's film, "Scarface", after a series of raids organized around the capital London.
As the "Daily Mail" informs, the investigation into the organized criminal group was launched after a tip-off about suspicious activities in an area of Derbyshire, north of London.
The group, run by brothers Edmond and Eduard Haziri, pumped £1.1m of cocaine into towns around Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, selling the class-1 drug wrapped in lottery tickets.
As the tabloid claims, they were caught after a 1-year operation. Thus, the "Independent" newspaper of London reveals other details of the agreement between the British and Albanian governments for the transfer of Albanian prisoners to our prisons.
It includes a grant of 1.5 million pounds to the General Directorate of Prisons in Albania, which according to the British media, will be used for the purchase of 15 electric cars and 22 vans.
The deal announced in May provides for the repatriation of 200 Albanians imprisoned in England and Wales. (A2 Televizion)
