The person killed with a gun on Monday evening in Vau e Dejës is citizen Frrok Lleshaj, previously sentenced to imprisonment for the criminal offense of "Intentional Murder".
Frrok Lleshi was sentenced to 21 years in prison for murder. He had only been out of prison for 2 years.
Despite the sentence, the victim has not admitted responsibility for the incident for which he was convicted. It is learned that in the early 1990s he also served as a police officer.
The initial suspicions from the police are of a blood feud, but the investigative group is investigating every possible lead.
The murder occurred with a pistol shot, near the victim's apartment.
